NOTE: Two lunches, plus morning and afternoon coffee breaks, conference bag, congress materials and Opening Reception with City Tour and Tapas night are included in the student/participant registration fee.
How to Register
To register for UCRA2019 you need to have a user account and then visit the registration page. If you do not already have an user account please create one. The password will be sent to you immediately by email and you can login and register. If needed, more registrations can be created under one account.
If you want to pay by bank transfer please create a registration without paying and send an email to UCRA@tudelft.nl with your bank details and an overview of the fee.
For cancellations made before 1 September 2019, your registration fee will be refunded less a 50 Euro processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 1 September 2019.
Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, and amount paid. Send cancellation requests to UCRA@tudelft.nl.
